In 1932, Eleni Kastrinoyannis founded the store with the ambition to offer exceptional quality textiles. Over the years, the store evolved, adding other types of folk art, always with an emphasis on high quality and aesthetics.
In 1988, the business passed into the hands of Chelidoni's granddaughter Klios, who continued the tradition of the family business with love and dedication.
The name of the store reflects its origin from Eleni Nomiko Kastrinoyannis, who showed passion and talent in the field of folk art.
In our store, located opposite the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion Crete, you will discover a wide variety of quality woven handicrafts, silver and gold jewelry, as well as precious stones and ceramic museum replicas. Our selection also includes various micro-gifts inspired by the Minoan culture.
